Origin Details

Jamison Savage is one of the most respected coffee farmers and is revered for his experimental techniques and coffees which have won many national and world championships.  Jamison believes that a balanced ecosystem and sustainability is essential for responsible coffee production.

Washed Carbonic Macerated Geisha; crisp, clean, and impeccably transparent. White floral aromatics, a brilliant acidity, and enduring an aftertaste are hallmarks of Iridescence. Jamison induces these vibrant attributes through the Carbonic Maceration process, a process he’s perfected through years of experimentation.

Coffees of this quality do not come around very often and we feel incredibly privileged to have it on offer.

Roast Level: light

We roast the Iridescence to a lightly roasted profile that really brings out its fruity acidity and floral complexity.  It makes a stunning pour-over filter coffee and ideally should be drunk black.  For espresso drinkers, it is only suitable for brewing on professional equipment.
