Our signature espresso, rich and smooth with flavours of chocolate and nut praline with a dark chocolate finish.  Designed for uniformity of flavour throughout the year and to cut through milk well for a sweet delicious drink.

40% Brazil Fazenda Londrina natural Acaia

40% Nicaraguan La Argentina washed Caturra

20% Sumatran Jagong semi washed Bourbon


Available as a whole bean in both 250g or 1kg bags or ground for espresso or an aeropress in 250g bags using our Mahlkonig EK43 grinder for maximum extraction and flavour.

We recommend : 

Dose 19g

Temperature 94 C

Volume  40ml

Time  4 seconds pre infusion followed by 28 seconds brew time
