Jamison induces these vibrant attributes through the Carbonic Maceration process, a process he’s perfected through years of experimentation.
Coffees of this quality do not come around very often and we feel incredibly privileged to have it on offer.
Roast Level: light
We roast the Iridescence to a lightly roasted profile that really brings out its fruity acidity and floral complexity. It makes a stunning pour-over filter coffee and ideally should be drunk black. For espresso drinkers, it is only suitable for brewing on professional equipment.
