A stunning Natural Ethiopian coffee with wonderful sweetness and complexity producing an incredibly clean cup.

Located in the southwestern highlands of Ethiopia, Jimma is a lesser-known but promising coffee region. While it may not enjoy the same prestige as some of Ethiopia's more well known areas, it offers unique qualities and a rich tradition of coffee cultivation that is gaining recognition.

Mohammed Aba Nura is part of the Tokuma Group, a collective of smallholder farmers dedicated to transforming Ethiopian coffee. His 35.7 hectare farm is located in the Omafuntulay Kebele of Jimma located a staggering 2,000-2,100 masl. Harvesting the JARC 74110 variety, the coffee is dried on raised beds for about 20 days, and the result is a cup that’s as complex as it is clean. We are so pleased to be working with Mohammed and his tropical tasting naturally processed coffees.

Roast Level: light-medium

We roast the Aba Nura to a light-medium level that really showcases its complexity and sweetness.  Perfect for filter and and makes a stunning espresso but please allow the beans to rest for a minimum of ten days if possible.
